Ben Franklin Advanced Technology Partnership Benchmarking Review (Pennsylvania Dept. of Commerce; Governor’s Office).  Used as benchmarking tool, the study reviewed 25 States’ economic development programs enabling Pennsylvania to market competitive opportunities to technology businesses worldwide.

Board of Trustees – Elected public official responsible for library and education directives, including the oversight of educational objectives and negotiating contracts and construction of public facilities. 

Director or Research – Received appointment to serve Parliamentarians' research needs; created educational, economic development, technology and labor policies utilized by Cabinet Ministers, New Zealand Parliament (Wellington).

Fellow - New Zealand Institute of Economic Research (NZIER).  Published educational initiatives designed to create successful entrepreneurship in public, private, academic and governmental sectors.

Congressional Staff – Women’s Small Business Education Development  (U.S. Sen. John Heinz – Washington, D.C.).  Responsible for developing policy and Senate legislation regarding successful economic development via women's business entrepreneurship.  Worked with Congressional Caucus for Women's Issues, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, White House Small Business Conference, National Women's Economic Alliance.  

Governor’s Staff – Worked with Pennsylvania Governor's Department of Commerce Deputy Secretary in creating economic development partnerships for minority and small business owners; worked with PA Small Business Action Center writing small business plan policy and developed small business technology policy for Eastern Pennsylvania Corridor working with elected state representatives.

Married to Frank Schlueter, M.D. with four children ages 4-10, attending Kilgour Elementary Cincinnati Public School.
