Ben Franklin Advanced Technology Partnership Benchmarking Review (Pennsylvania Dept. of Commerce; Governor’s Office). Used as benchmarking tool, the study reviewed 25 States’ economic development programs enabling Pennsylvania to market competitive opportunities to technology businesses worldwide.

Board of Trustees – Elected public official responsible for library and education directives, including the oversight of educational objectives and negotiating contracts and construction of public facilities.

Governor’s Staff – Worked with Pennsylvania Governor's Department of Commerce Deputy Secretary in creating economic development partnerships for minority and small business owners; worked with PA Small Business Action Center writing small business plan policy and developed small business technology policy for Eastern Pennsylvania Corridor working with elected state representatives.
